Stars and Rays is a wellness and Reiki business based in Brighton & Hove. Reiki Master and Teacher Sarah Matthews is offers in-person Reiki sessions for relaxation and as therapy from the Grey Door Therapy Clinic in Hove. She also offers remote sessions to anywhere in the world.
Sarah believes we all have an innate ability to restore and rebalance ourselves, and that Reiki energy is a powerful tool to tap into this potential. She is deeply committed to supporting you in your wellness journey.
Sarah became a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher in 2014 in the Usui/Tibetan Tradition and then also learnt the Karuna system and new evolution Reiki.
Sarah’s now using the latest Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki. This is a powerful and effective new kind of Reiki energy, thought to come from a higher place of consciousness.
Her Japanese lineage is very close to Mikao Usui so her connection to the original energy and teachings is strong.
Sarah has always had an interest in with human behaviour and health modalities. Her own healing journey has led her down many paths to explore Buddhism, mindfulness, Ayurveda and more, and she has studied and practiced other energy therapies and medicines too.
In her career as a consultant and coach, she’s spent more than 15 years helping countless individuals around the world through change and transition to have transformative experiences.
Sarah is trauma-informed and offers a safe and empathetic space for clients.
Her higher goal is to share Reiki as a tool for self-care in more empowered wellbeing routines, and to spread awareness of a view of wellbeing that includes mind, body and soul.
