An excellent new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Unit Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Hounslow, London area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This care home provides personalised long and short term nursing care for those with dementia and palliative care needs

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RGN or RMN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As the Clinical Unit Manager your key responsiblities include:
• Be responsible for leading a team of nursing and care staff to ensure excellent standards of care
• Plan rotas/recruit/train and mentor staff
• Build strong relationships with local regulator/providers and Social Services
• Comply to NMC guidelines with administration of medicine

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Good leadership skills
• Good understanding of nursing
• Excellent clinical skills
• Must be a strong leader
• Very good clinical skills For clinical lead
• Good clinical hands on skill
• Know what makes a good care plan

The successful Clinical Unit Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £45,858 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 37 hours a week working through Day Shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
