Regional Nurse Trainer

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Regional Nurse Trainer to deliver training and support to services across the London and West Sussex region. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN or RMN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As the Regional Trainer your key responsibilities include:
• To deliver the Clinical Training framework within the company
• To provide a consistent delivery approach with regards to all operational aspects of Clinical Training (Including OSCE and Clinical Skills) for all Clinical and Care Support Roles
• To provide mentorship and support to all clinical staff pre and post registration
• Support the development and Implementation of a Care Practitioner Programme nationally
• Ensure all clinical training is evidence based as per the Clinical Governance policy
• Develop the Regional Training team in their understanding of clinical provision

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Must have previous experience delivering training within the healthcare sector
• Be a good role model for all employees being aspirational, optimistic, and approachable
• Consistent in all actions and decisions
• Lead and Develop your team to delivery high quality care
• Be able to communicate and engage effectively with our service users, their families and colleagues, good interpersonal and working relationship skills are essential
• You will have an effective way of communicating with your team

The successful Regional Trainer will receive an excellent salary £41,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 37.5 hours a week working on Day Shifts from Monday-Friday. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
