MRI & CT Manager
An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed MRI & CT Manager to work in an exceptional clinic based in the Bingley, West Yorkshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
This clinic provides treatments such as knee cartilage surgery, knee arthroscopy, knee ligament surgery, cataract surgery and shoulder muscle repair
**To be considered for this position you must hold a BSc in Radiology and be registered with the HCPC**
As the MRI/CT Manager your key responsibilities include:
• Manage and direct the daily operational running of MR and CT services
• Develop implement and maintain departmental programs, policies, procedures and protocols
• Ensure all MR/CT services meet the governance and regulatory framework and requirements (CQC) evidencing a safe, effective, responsive, caring and well led service
• Market and promote MR/CT services to internal and external stakeholders
• Represent MR/CT services at all governance committees and meetings
• Develop and foster collaboration among clinical departments and affiliated services to ensure an integrated and coordinated approach to providing MR/CT services and resolution of customer complaints or problems, respond to Riskman incidents
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Demonstrable experience in CT required MRI experience preferred
• Strong leadership experience
• A strong clinical background from acute and or independent private hospital settings
• Experience and confidence in effectively managing finances and budgets
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant legal and professional care/practice standards and evidence of supporting ongoing professional development in Imaging
• A proven track record and evidence of successfully delivering a change agenda to enhance quality and efficiency
The successful MRI/CT Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £50,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
