A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed RGN or RMN to work in an exceptional care home based in the Donnington, Oxford area. As a Nurse you will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers
This service offers friendly and high-quality residential and nursing care. There are professionally trained team are on hand around the clock to support our residents, ensuring they spend their day how they wish
As a Nurse your key duties include:
Developing tailored care plans
Providing medicine safely to overseeing the care team
Managing a caseload of complex and varied cases which will be challenging as well as rewarding
Have the ability to understand and manage the complexities of the multitude of clinical and psychological factors that affect the health and well-being of our elderly residents, whilst in turn supporting their families
Supervise Nurse Associates and support the care team by designating the nursing assignments, leading on clinical issues and making up the working schedules
An ideal Nurse must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:
Experience of producing well developed care plans and risk assessments
An understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs and MCA
Post Registration experience
Able to show a can-do attitude always
Able to effectively manage personal and work-related pressures
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £18.36 per hour and the annual salary is £35,085.96 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 36.75 hours a week working through Day Shifts. In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive the following generous benefits:
