An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Night Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Donnington, Oxford area. As a Nurse you will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers

As a Night Nurse your key duties include:
To deliver and supervise the team to ensure effective delivery of personal care and wellbeing of the residents
Undertake all aspects of nursing care, including advanced clinical skills where the appropriate training and supervision have been obtained
Ensure that all medications, including controlled drugs, are ordered, stored, administered and disposed of in accordance with the Trust's Medicines Policy, NMC and CQC guidance on drug administration
Holds responsibility for the quality of nursing assessments, care planning, implementation and evaluation and associated care team training issues to ensure that at all times residents receive an excellent standard care
An ideal Night Nurse must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:
Post Registration experience
Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
Good time management skills
Ability to use initiative and lead a team
Experience of change management
Up to date with NMC practices
The successful Night Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £19.38 per hour and the annual salary is £24,690.12 per annum. This exciting position is a Part Time role for 24.5 hours a week working through Night Shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
