Junior Occupational Therapist

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Junior Occupational Therapist to work in an exceptional care home based in the Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This care home provides accommodation and treatment for people with complex long term neurological conditions, brain or spinal injuries

As a Junior Occupational Therapist your key responsibilities include:
• You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of therapy
• Always meeting the needs of our residents
• You will assess and analyse individuals and determine their need for occupational therapy intervention to maximise functional independence and rehabilitation potential

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Member of College of Occupational Therapists
• Able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of assessing and treating people with a complex condition
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal), with residents, visitors and the wider multi-disciplinary team
• Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Junior Occupational Therapist will receive an excellent salary of up to £29,500 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:

To be considered for this position you must have a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy with a valid HCPC registration
