Director of Clinical Services
An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Director of Clinical Services to work in an exceptional service based in the Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
This is a neurobehavioral locked rehabilitation hospital for patients with acquired brain injury and neuro progressive conditions patient displaying co-existing neuropsychiatric conditions and challenging behaviour
As the Director of Clinical Services your key responsibilities include:
• Provide leadership, organisation and co-ordination to ensure effective clinical governance, as well as being responsible for the implementation of effective clinical interventions and ensuring that treatment is designed to enhance the operation and quality of clinical services; aligned to best practice
• Manages the delivery of the clinical services business plan ensuring the effective and efficient management and control of staffing, budgets, materials and equipment
• Responsible for ensuring that all colleagues receive clinical supervision in accordance with professional guidelines and carries out management supervision as appropriate
• As part of the Senior Management team will carry out on-call duties as directed by the Hospital Director
• Ensures clinical services comply with statutory regulations and current legislation meets quality standards and deliver against key performance indicators
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Experience of working at a supervisory or managerial level within a health environment
• Strong background within leadership and people management
• Experience of leading, implementing and reviewing quality initiatives in a related environment
• Strong track record of innovation
The successful Director of Clinical Services will receive an excellent salary from £42,500 up to £47,500 per annum DOE. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
