An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed RGN, RMN or RNLD to work in an exceptional care home based in the Christchurch, Dorset area. As a Nurse you will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

The care team at the home offer all types of care, including residential care, nursing care and nursing dementia care for people who need help with daily tasks

As a Nurse your key duties include:
• A strong knowledge of person-centered care
• Knowledge of the current care practices lay down by the CQC
• Working closely with each resident, assessing their needs and delivering a care plan that helps each person to live a fuller life
• You’ll provide the very best levels of clinical care; make sure that all procedures are carried out to the highest of standards and optimising the wellbeing of every resident

An ideal Nurse must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:
• Provide both residential and nursing care to older people who have dementia
• Able to show empathy and warmth
• A bubbly and outgoing personality
• Dementia experience
• Able to write care plans
• Assist in assessments

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £20.40 per hour and the annual salary is £38,188.80 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 36 hours a week working through Night Shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
