Registered Nurse - Outpatients & Ambulatory Care

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse - Outpatients & Ambulatory Care to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Croydon, South London area. As a nurse you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This hospital offers services to the local community such as Outpatient Consultation, Day Case Surgery, Pharmaceutical Services and Diagnostics - Imaging and Endoscopy

As a Nurse your key duties include:
• Responsible for providing exemplary care for patients in an outpatient setting
• Chaperoning consultants during patient examinations and minor surgical procedures
• Be able to support ambulatory patients with other elements of care such as catheter and continence management, pressure ulcer prevention and management and also medication administration
• You should be able to work on their own initiative and work well within a team, demonstrating these wide-range of clinical skills

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Current experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment (essential)
• Experience within an Outpatients and Ward/Ambulatory Care Unit (ideal)
• Ophthalmic experience (desirable)

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary up to £33,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
