Team Sister

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Team Sister to work in an amazing hospital based in the Dartford, Kent area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This hospital provides short or long term, and meets acute or chronic health care needs. The services may help people to live independently in the community

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As the Team Sister your key duties include:
• Maintain a high standard of patient focused care
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for patients, ensuring accurate written records are kept
• Communicate with patients and carers to ensure they have access to appropriate information
• Promote and maintain positive relationships between all staff involved in the care of the patient
• Act in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code of Conduct

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Be passionate about the rehabilitation of patients in your care
• Use your strong communication and organisation skills, along with a flexible approach, to ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey
• Be committed to delivering and maintaining care standards within the ward and support your colleagues in conjunction with the ward manager
• You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, and Excel

The successful Team Sister will receive an excellent salary up to £39,027 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
