A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Coundon, Coventry area. You will be working for one of UKs leading healthcare providers
This purpose-built care home designed specifically to meet the needs of older people requiring nursing or specialist dementia care
**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin**
As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:
Working alongside the Registered Manager the successful candidate will be required to line manage a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of The regulatory quality improvement authorities care standards and other statutory regulators
You will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the Service to the highest standards
Ensuring the people who use our services can be supported to live as independently and comfortably as possible
Confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £20.00 per hour and the annual salary is £41,600 per annum.
