A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Wrexham, Wales area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This nursing home provides specialist residential support and nursing for adults with functional mental health problems and dual diagnosis with mental health, for example, acquired brain injury and learning disabilities

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RMN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse your key duties include:
• Manage the assessment, implementation and evaluation of individual resident care plans while promoting a professional working environment to ensure a high standard of resident care
• Adopt a systemic, individual approach to all resident care plans and communicate the outcomes to the clinical team both verbally and in writing, ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is kept up to date
• Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care
• Deputise in the absence of the Unit Manager and their Deputy to manage the staffing and clinical needs as required.
• Support and supervise care staff or new recruit
• Professional experience and nous to know when medical concerns or decisions need referring to
• Deputy or Home Manager

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
• Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
• Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services
• Be motivated to work in a service that offers involvement and empowerment for patients, who may have a personality disorder and/or mental illness, encouraging patients to have a real voice in how services develop and in their individualised care pathways

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £17.50 per hour and the annual salary is £36,855 per annum. We currently have vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
