We are available to review proposed building works, serve compliant notices on behalf of building owners, prepare the all important schedule of condition and act as appointed surveyor for those wishing to carry out works or those adjoining owners affected by the proposed works but more often than not we represent both parties, ensuing a quick, unbiased resolution.
